Port City Adventure Boot Camp is exactly what I was looking for in an exercise program. Coach Rhonda's enthusiasm is contagious. ...She encourages you to challenge yourself and takes time out of her busy day to catch up with you, one on one, to discuss nutrition, personal fitness struggles, and helps think of creative ways to help you out. Waking up at 5:30am sounds torturous, but it becomes something to look forward to when you know you're going to push yourself with supportive, strong woman and a coach to match. Thank you to Coach Rhonda and ALL the ladies that have showed me just how amazing 5:30am can be!

Six weeks of bootcamp complete. There are no magic bullets for fitness and weight loss, except dedication and HARD work. Boot Camp with Coach Rhonda is fantastic!  Waking up for 5:30am class is not easy, but once I am up, I am so glad that I am there!  As a working mom with a demanding job, the 5:30-6:30am hour is the only time in my whole day that I don't feel the daily pressures of meeting other people's needs.  It is all about getting healthy, getting fresh air, and having a great time!   I love having the opportunity to catch up with  the other ladies while we are exercising and encouraging each other. It's what women do best - multi-tasking at its finest!

I am 53 and was very skeptical about joining a boot camp class.  After talking to Coach Rhonda, she eased my concerns.  She modified the exercises to my ability and being in a group with all women of all ages and body types was very encouraging. I would highly recommend Port City Adventure Boot Camp to any woman who is exercising now or not.  The results are very rewarding!

Port City Adventure Boot Camp is the BEST!  Coach Rhonda is very motivating and keeps you pushing forward in a friendly manner. The workouts are great and change everyday so you never get bored doing the same thing.  The best part is the results!  After a workout you feel like you can take on the world a...nd you are loaded with energy to sustain you throughout the day.  In just 2 weeks, I lost 5 lbs and several inches!  I will definitely be signing up for the next class.

Coach Rhonda's Boot Camp is awesome!! I love her positive, 'you can do it' approach. The work-outs had lots of variety, were challenging and worked on building every muscle group. I told my girlfriends that the only part of my body that wasn't sore were my ears - it felt great!!

I’m the type of person who likes to have a workout partner; someone who I can count on, who is encouraging and motivating.  Rhonda was that person for me.  I looked forward to our workouts and being pushed to my limit.  I quickly saw results and after a few weeks I began to feel more confident and energetic.  Her knowledge, sincerity and support were just what I needed to achieve and maintain my goals.  I could tell she was truly invested in my success.  Boot camp became the highlight of my day!LeAnna



 

Several years ago I was fortunate to participate in an employer sponsored fitness program. I was fortunate because the trainer assigned to me was Rhonda Schilawski. I worked with Rhonda for a year and she designed a program for me that I still follow to this day. When I began Rhonda's program, I was a wheezy 60 year old man who could barely climb a single set of stairs and weighed almost 280 pounds. Today I climb the Rockies elk hunting, and at 68, can briskly walk up 4 or 5 flights of stairs and weigh only 216 pounds! Rhonda made that transformation, not only painless, but fun. If you have the chance to work with Rhonda, take it, because she will drastically change your life for the better.

Being an out-of-shape sixty something male I was very anxious at the prospect of supervised physical exercise, especially in a public setting. Rhonda’s personable nature and professional expertise converted my anxiety into pride of accomplishment for the nominal cost of a few aches and a little perspiration.
